Cultural Competence among health professionals, where to find information.
CINAHL defines cultural competence as "academic and interpersonal skills that enable the health professional to increase understanding and appreciation of cultural differences and similarities within, among, and between groups."

First, the two best databases to use are CINAHL and Health and Medicine. The subject heading to use is CULTURAL COMPETENCE. You may also want to add the term nurse.
