Crafting Calm: Monthly Wellness Workshops

Join us every 3rd Tuesday of the month at the Library 1st floor Active Learning Zone.

Crafts and hobbies have been an important part of our society for thousands of years. The monthly sessions  will demonstrate various arts and handicrafts as an enjoyable way to improve well-being, to connect with other people, and to promote creativity with our students. Research supports the impact of arts and crafts on our well-being.
