This guide provides information on requesting, picking-up, setting-up, and returning borrowed items from the Library and Learning Commons.

Learning Commons Technology Distribution & Return Calendar

Select any dates highlighted in orange to view times.

Alpha Scholars Priority tech distribution is August 9-20.

Fall distribution begins on August 23 for all students. 

Use the arrows next to the month to view scheduled dates and times for other months. 

LC Technology/Equipment Return Location & Procedures

LC Technology Equipment return location - GM 2nd Floor

Need to return a laptop or hotspot borrowed from the Learning Commons? Please do not put technology equipment items in the drive up drop box- they may be damaged.

GM 2nd Floor - Learning Commons 

Enter the GM building under the GM / LA bridge. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Take a right at the main hallway and go through the double glass doors. The return desk will be on your left. 

 


Overdue/Lost fines and fees:

  • There are currently NO overdue fines on any items returned. 
  • Items will be billed as lost 45 days after the due date. The full replacement cost will be billed to the student account. 
  • Lost items returned in good working order will have no bills or overdue fees. All items (including power cords) must be returned with technology items.

Drive Up Drop Box for Book and Media Item Returns


Need to return library materials? There is now a drive up drop box for library books and media items. You can return items any time!
***Please DO NOT put equipment such as laptops or graphing calculators in the drive up drop box. ***


Bailey Library staff will be emptying the drop box several times per week. We quarantine all items for up to 14 days before checking items in - so you may still see items on your account after returning. No overdue fines will be applied to any returned items.
