If you're having trouble accessing an eBook:
- Try using a different browser;
- Clear your cookies and history (cache);
- Come back in 30 minutes or so (some books have a limited number of simultaneous users);
- Tell your browser to allow cookies, and disable pop-up blockers;
- Try accessing the book one chapter at a time, rather than downloading the entire book.
