In an ideal world, the holiday season is filled with family, friends, and festivities. But in the real world, we know that the holidays can be a painful time for those who are grieving the loss – recent or past – of a loved one. Join us for this special, one-hour, workshop to learn about grief and helpful tips for managing grief during the holidays.
