This portal is geared to assist food companies (large and small) in the use of predictive models, the appropriate application of models, and proper model interpretation. Our vision is that the PMIP will be the highway to the most comprehensive websites that brings together large and small food companies in contact with the information needed to aid in the production of the safest foods.
